About Golf Santa Marina

Santa Marina Golf covers a vast 120-hectare site. Agriculture and livestock farming had long since disappeared before construction began. The course opened in 2001. The architect was Severiano Ballesteros, who was tasked with designing a challenging 18-hole course that respects the natural environment. The course is situated in a wooded area with numerous streams and brooks that strategically influence play. Some holes have a more open character.
