Alicante
Alicante isn’t a beautiful city at first glance. It’s the kind of place you need a little time to warm up to. I stayed there for a few days, and slowly I began to feel more and more at home. And then you’ll fall in love with its vibrance.
The “old center” is full of restaurants and bars. Narrow streets, lively atmosphere, outdoor dining and drinking. Strolling along the Paseo de la Explanada boulevard, with its mosaic floor and stately palm trees, the city beach, and last but not least, very very pleasant weather and plenty of sunshine.
