It’s a bit confusing. You have Golf El Plantio near Alicante Airport, and you have Golf Alicante El Plantio in the city of Alicante. And I’m talking about the latter now.
Unexpected things can make you very happy. That’s what I experienced with Golf Alicante El Plantio. You drive through the city of Alicante. Lots of buildings, busy streets, and according to your GPS, you’re a minute away from the course. I started to wonder. Could this be right? Had I made a mistake? You pull into the parking lot. “Could it be a pitch and put course then?” The golf shop looks like a regular golf shop. No golf course in sight yet. The scorecard clearly says par 72, 6,217 meters from the back tees.
