Golf Balneario de Mondariz
Balneario de Mondariz is best known as one of Spain’s oldest spas with thermal water, meaning it originates from deep underground and is rich in minerals such as calcium and magnesium. There are two thermal springs, the oldest of which has been known since Roman times.
About the course
Golf Balneario de Mondariz isn’t quite Portugal, but it’s close. After a few emails, I received a short reply: “You’re welcome, but we don’t have any other players to play with you.” He was ok for me to come, but apparently, he wasn’t interested in making any extra effort. I’m still glad I came, though, because it’s a fantastic course.
